TERMS IN A NUTSHELL

SESSION & DELIVERY

• Location: Shoots typically occur in Central Park or Riverside Park, but I’m open to other locations upon request.

• Delivery: You’ll receive a link to download edited photos in high & low-resolution JPG formats within 2-5 business days of your session.

• Photo Options: Images are available in color and black & white. Standard sizes are 2x3 or 5x7—great for framing.

WEATHER POLICY

• Outdoor sessions are weather-dependent. If the forecast isn’t favorable, we’ll just reschedule, no extra cost.

BACKUP

• Images are securely backed up should something happen on your end.

PRINTING & PAYMENT

• Printing & Framing: While I don’t offer printing or framing services, I recommend Goldenlight Visions at 2543 Broadway, New York, NY 10025 (95th & Broadway).

• Payment: Pay upon receipt of your final images and invoice.

AUTOMATIC UPGRADE

• If you choose Package 1 but later decide to select 25 photos, your pricing will automatically adjust to Package 2 for better value.

FULL GALLERY OPTION

• Love every shot? Upgrade to the full gallery of edited images (typically 40-50 images) for $850.

USAGE & COPYRIGHT

• Copyright: ‘cyrano nyc’ retains the copyright for all images. With your consent, select photos may be showcased on this page to promote the service.

• Your Rights: You’re granted non-exclusive, worldwide rights for personal, promotional, editorial, and educational use—print and digital—with no time limit.
